Purpose/Material Description.

This specification defines the basic requirements for coatings for weights used to balance tire and wheels assemblies. The coatings consist of a powder epoxy basecoat and powder polyester topcoat. The specification also defines the requirements for corrosion coatings for the balance weight clips.
